Service Description

Train with guidance and support to get the most out of every training session. First, we'll decide on how many sessions we'll train together per week and schedule them on a recurring basis. You will receive an invoice at the beginning of each month where all the sessions will be paid for in advance. I allow 25% of sessions to be prorated off each month, considering they follow my cancellation policy. This can be used for both in-person and virtual sessions. Monthly plan clients receive $10 off the session rate and lock in a schedule of recurring times to ensure consistency toward your goals. You receive access to my app that delivers your custom program with video demonstrations, progress tracking, rest timers, and more. Programs are generally updated every 3-4 weeks. Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please get in touch with me before 5 pm the day before your appointment. Any cancellation later than that will be charged the total rate.
