Service Description

Experience personalized training with dedicated guidance and support designed to maximize your results in every session. Together, we'll determine the ideal frequency for our weekly training sessions and establish a recurring schedule that fits your lifestyle. At the beginning of each month, you'll receive a convenient invoice detailing all your sessions, which must be paid in advance. I offer flexibility by prorating/refunding up to 25% of your monthly sessions following my cancellation policy. This applies to both in-person and virtual sessions, ensuring that you can maintain consistency in your training. As a monthly plan client, you'll enjoy a $10 discount on each session, allowing you to save while committing to your fitness journey. Additionally, you'll secure a schedule of recurring times, empowering you to stay focused and dedicated to achieving your goals. Gain exclusive access to my app, which delivers your personalized program with detailed video demonstrations, progress-tracking tools, rest timers, and more. Programs are regularly updated every 3-4 weeks to keep your workouts fresh and effective.
