Program Design Plan
Online coaching for the experienced go-getter

For those that have some gym experience and want a scientific strength program without in-person coaching sessions. This membership includes customized programs updated every 3-4 weeks tailored to your unique goals, experience level, and injuries/limitations. At a minimum, you will need access to some time of resistance equipment like dumbbells, suspension trainers, and resistance bands. We will meet via Zoom for 30 minutes every 3-4 weeks to answer any questions about your new program and review your progress. Your program will be available in my app, with video demonstrations, quick tutorials, progress tracking, and more. In addition, if you have any questions about form or technique, there is a private messenger where you can send unlimited questions and short videos for me to review. If you would like to add an in-person or virtual instructional session, they can be purchased separately.
To cancel or reschedule, please contact me before 5pm the day before your appointment. Any cancellation later than that may be charged the full rate.
