This is a great option for those that want have dedicated time towards their nutrition and lifestyle goals along with their fitness training. This monthly option offers great value compared to single session pricing. You have the choice between training 1, 2, and 3 fitness sessions per week with deeper discounts the more you book each month. You will receive bi-weekly virtual coaching sessions to create a step-by-step plan towards your ideal nutrition and lifestyle habits. Exercise programs are updated every 4-6 weeks. You'll receive access to The Balanced State app that delivers your custom program complete with video demonstrations, progress tracking, rest timers and more. 1x a week @ $150 per session + $135 N&LC x2= $942 every month 2x a week @ $140 per session +$135 N&LC x2= $1505 every month 3x a week @ $135 per session +$135 N&LC x2= $2015 every month
